Police and Peace Officers’ National Memorial Day

Flags at City facilities will be lowered to half-mast to recognize Police and Peace Officer National Memorial Day. Established in 1998 by the Government of Canada, this day honours police and peace officers who have lost their lives while working to keep Canadian communities safe.
