Awareness Lighting Requests
Awareness Lighting requests are based on criteria to ensure consideration and approval of Awareness Lighting is made in a consistent and transparent manner.
Awareness Lighting requests must:
- be submitted in writing to the City Clerk’s Office email;
- be received at least three weeks prior to the commencement date requested for Awareness Lighting, and
- include the following:
- name and mandate/purpose of the organization making the request
- contact information
- date(s) of the Awareness Lighting display
